Together we’ve come together with leading lights in the cyber field to bring you accessible, affordable and around the clock protection through cyber solutions focused on filling the SMB cyber gap.
Our history as a company is long-standing, founded in New Zealand in 1998, quickly building traction with Clients and offices in the UK, Australia, Asia and India, securing clients in Northern Europe and USA.
Leadership
Our three founders are deeply passionate about making cybersecurity easy and accessible to everyone. Through involvement in the industry for many years, the team have experienced first hand the devastation and panic paralysis that takes place when the reality of a cyber breach hits home. When founding the business, the connection of doing good and making better for our clients, people and community came through as a founding principle.

Our team of 20 spans cyber security specialists, solution architects, data engineers, quality assurance engineers, project managers and developers, as we continue to scale our capability to adapt and evolve with our customer and market demand.
MARK WOODHOUSE – Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Proaxiom, Mark brings entrepreneurial spirit and vast experience of leading high growth software development and services businesses globally. Hailing from New Zealand, with a background in C-Level roles working for blue chip organisations through to tech startups, Mark also brings a strong track record in project management bringing focus and diligence to everything we do. His unwavering focus on getting commercially sound outcomes and unfaltering focus on service excellence sees him championing our mission to do more and make better for our clients.
CAMERON FAIRBAIRN – Chief Technology Officer
Our Founder and Chief Technical Officer, Cameron Fairbairn is embedded in our business from strategy through to technical architecture and delivery. On a personal and professional mission to make cyber accessible to SMBs, Cameron has brought his technical expertise and foresight to create our Audit to Assurance + Cyber Insurance + SOC solution to address the SMB cyber gap. Bringing a wealth of expertise and experience from working in and with MSPs and embedded within high profile client sites, Cameron is the technical cyber wizard everyone wants in their team.
ZOE STAPLES – Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer at Proaxiom, Zoe brings vast skillsets across strategy, marketing, communications, people, customer experience and commerciality to benefit the Proaxiom business. Known for her experience in crafting clear strategies, focused value propositions and powerful brands, her involvement in a range of businesses from tech start-ups to MSPs, cybersecurity, information and professional services businesses, has seen her delivering transformational growth programs which have taken a range of reputable clients from set-up through to scale.
